Cameron's mom and step dad moved out of the house that I have known my entire relationship with Cameron. They now are in a BEAUTIFUL new place that I am really excited to make new memories at! But this is my walk through on the last day that I will ever step foot in that McCarver home. So many memories popped up of Cameron and I there it really took me by surprise of how much that house meant to me and how hard it was to say goodbye. I am grateful for the family and friends I grew to know in that place and it will always hold a special place in my heart.
I really was done making montage type videos. I made one of Cameron for Riley, Tyler, me, his family, and his friends. I hit all the bases, not to mention, used all my good video clips I had of him. But then mom buys me a song. Yes, you read that right. My mom bought me and Cameron a freaking song! She watched this episode of Shark Tank and there was a company called Songlorious. Basically you go to their website, pick a genre, tell your story and boom. They make you a custom song. I cried listening to it. This really is one of the most thoughtful and best gifts I have ever gotten. I can't thank you enough, Mom.
Made a trip to the "Hippo Zoo" AKA the Woodland Park Zoo in Seattle. I always loved this zoo. It is so big it is an all day event. But this trip was even better because there were dinosaurs! The kids and I had a really fun summer day together. I always love spending quality time with my kiddos.
