This year we started a brand new tradition in the Lines family! We welcomed our Elf on the Shelf! Every morning from December 1st to the 24th, Riley was able to wake up and search for our Elf. We read the classic book where she was able to name the elf whatever she wanted. She chose "Elf"...with a little convincing, we decided to settle on the name "Elfie". Every night Elfie flew back to the North Pole and let Santa know how Riley did that day. When he returned, he came back into a new area of the house. She had a blast looking and finding him each morning. Can't wait for next season to say hello to him again, and to let Tyler in on the magic!
Yep, you read that right! My little baby girl is not a baby anymore. She has the attitude of a full blown teenager, but yet still steals my heart away every day. I am so happy and blessed that she is my daughter and I have enjoyed these last three years more than I ever could have thought. She has grown up to be such a wonderful young lady. I have loved being able to share every minute with you all and I am so excited to continue to document our lives. Riley, I love you so much and I hope you had an amazing birthday.
So, I love the e-mail system WIX has provided me to be able to let you all know right away when I have uploaded a vlog (or lately, when I have uploaded two!). But because I am only using their free version, it only lets me send out three emails a month. This means that you may not get notified of some vlogs I upload. Just be sure to always check to make sure you are up-to-date on our latest adventure. For example, I now only have one more email notification I can use this month. Two weeks I won't be able to email you. Be sure to randomly check for new updates, or when you get your next email in February, you will have several fun vlogs to watch!
