My cousin Brittany and her son Emmitt came to Washington for a visit! Riley and Emmitt are pen-pals but haven't seen each other since they were about one year old. We figured it was time to change that! It was so much fun hanging out with her and watching our kids have a blast together. A trip down to see them is already in the works because we can't keep these two kiddos apart for too long...they already are Face Timing each other almost every day!
This was a surprisingly fun event! I took the kids thinking it would be something fun and different, not really expecting them to like it so much. We legit only looked at flowers. I told Riley we were leaving about six times which she replied each time with "Noooo!!!" as you will see, because Miss Riley wanted to vlog! I really should call this episode "Riley's Vlog" because she took over half of the video haha. This is your stomach warning, if you get nauseous with my filming, prepare to just listen (which I highly suggest) to this one.
This is a pretty long vlog but it's because it had to match our Easter celebration! We had pre Easter activities, Easter day, and then the following week (because we were all getting over being sick) Easter with all the cousins at Cam's mom's house. It was so much fun! This year I have noticed going above and beyond for holidays. I think that is just because I am ready to smile. 2022 all about the happy!
